Maradona is putting his faith in the player who has not previously been in Argentina's plans since the qualifying series kicked off two years ago.
He is Pablo Aimar, who is playing with Portuguese club, Benfica. Aimar which played his last World Cup final in 2002 is expected to play as Maradona's 1st choice partnering Sebastian Veron, depended on how the formation would be.
